Gun Collection 2

Description

The original is long since outdated (none of the guns pictured in that one work anymore, there's even been a few extra guns that came through and weren't pictured).

Also, I'm bored as fuck. So, yeah. THE LIST jesus it's been forever since I've typed that:

1.) SOCOM II
Modified version of the earlier SOCOM 16 (itself an updated version of the Springfield M1A with a short rail to mount scopes, which itself was an M14 rifle with the fire-control lug removed for civilian sales), firing 7.62x51mm/.308 Winchester, with 16'' barrel and a cluster of Picatinny rails around the barrel. Real gun can load any 5-, 10-, or 20-round magazines the M14 can; packaging for this airsoft one claimed a capacity of 200, but since most of those would be held in the rear chamber rather than the part with the spring that would actually load them into the gun, I don't know. EDIT: Tested, the actual capacity is 15 pellets.

2.) Colt Double Eagle
M1911-style pistol available from 1989 to 1997, available in .45 ACP, .40 S&W, 10mm Auto, .38 Super, and 9mm Parabellum; commercial failure, primarily because it's like an M1911 but not actually an M1911 (also apparently there's been issues with incorrect markings or improperly-cut chambers). Real gun holds 8 rounds for all calibers; this one holds 12 pellets.

3.) Beretta 92FS Brigadier Inox
9x19mm Beretta 92FS with a heavier slide and inoxidizable stainless steel finish. Real world gun holds 15 rounds per magazine, this one holds 14. Part of the mechanism broke, so the gun is not in working order.
Fun note: This is nearly a direct copy of one of the guns briefly used by Trinity in The Matrix Revolutions - the only difference is the airsoft one has extra cocking serrations on the front of the slide, along with differently-colored grips.

4.) Walther P99QA
Post-2004 version of the original Walther P99, available in 9mm Parabellum (16-round magazines) or .40 S&W (12-round mags), best known as James Bond's weapon of choice after the earlier PPK, from the movie Tomorrow Never Dies onwards. This one holds 9 pellets at once, though if I load more than 3 it tends to fuck up and try to shove them all into the chamber at once when I pull the slide back, for some reason.
Another fun note: This one's kind of a mish-mash, actually - the rear of the frame is from the QA, but the trigger guard and under-barrel rail are from the pre-2004 model, plus it's closer to the size of the compact P99C.
Also, it's actually a steel gun painted black rather than black plastic or what have you, hence there's large portions of paint rubbed off of the left side of the gun.
